Lifeline Income

The 2022 Federal poverty guidelines have been established by the U.S. Department of Health & Human Services (HHS). One eligibility test for Kansas Lifeline Service Program (KLSP) support is a household income at, or below, 135% of the Federal poverty level. Following are the new 2022 KLSP income eligibility levels:
